LoopWishTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of LoopWish — the iOS app and the web app at loopwish.app. By using LoopWish you accept them. Contact: hei@loopwish.app.
The service
LoopWish lets you create wishlists, share them with family and friends, and reserve gifts on each other's lists. The service is provided free of charge.
Your account and content
- You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your wishes and lists remain yours. You give us the technical license needed to store, display and share them with the people you choose — nothing more.
- You may not use LoopWish for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including its AI search quota).
Gift reservations
Reservations ("claims") are hidden from the wish's owner. They are a coordination tool, not a commitment — LoopWish is not a party to any purchase.
Product links and AI suggestions
Product links may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them (see "How we earn" in the app). Products, prices and AI-generated suggestions come from third parties and automated systems; they can be wrong or outdated, and a purchase is between you and the retailer. AI search has a daily usage limit.
Availability and liability
LoopWish is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or the web app — deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Tjenesten
LoopWish lar deg lage ønskelister, dele dem med familie og venner, og reservere gaver på hverandres lister. Tjenesten er gratis.
Kontoen og innholdet ditt
- Du logger inn med en Google- eller Apple-konto og er ansvarlig for aktiviteten på kontoen din.
- Ønskene og listene dine er dine. Du gir oss den tekniske lisensen som trengs for å lagre, vise og dele dem med dem du velger — ikke noe mer.
- Du kan ikke bruke LoopWish til noe ulovlig, til å plage andre, eller til å forsøke å forstyrre eller misbruke tjenesten (inkludert AI-søkekvoten).
Gavereservasjoner
Reservasjoner («claims») er skjult for ønskets eier. De er et koordineringsverktøy, ikke en forpliktelse — LoopWish er ikke part i noe kjøp.
Produktlenker og AI-forslag
Produktlenker kan være affiliatelenker, og vi kan få provisjon når du handler gjennom dem (se «Slik tjener vi penger» i appen). Produkter, priser og AI-genererte forslag kommer fra tredjeparter og automatiske systemer; de kan være feil eller utdaterte, og et kjøp er mellom deg og butikken. AI-søket har en daglig bruksgrense.
Tilgjengelighet og ansvar
LoopWish leveres «som den er». Vi jobber for at tjenesten skal være pålitelig, men garanterer ikke avbruddsfri eller feilfri drift, og vi er ikke ansvarlige for indirekte tap. Ingenting i disse vilkårene begrenser rettigheter du har etter ufravikelig forbrukerlovgivning.
Avslutning
Du kan når som helst slette kontoen din i appen (Innstillinger → Slett konto) eller i webappen — slettingen er permanent. Vi kan stenge kontoer som bryter vilkårene.
Endringer og lovvalg
Vi kan oppdatere vilkårene; vesentlige endringer varsles i appen eller på denne siden. Vilkårene er underlagt norsk rett.
